After that, you should fill in the return form that F.lli Lorenzi will send you and then send it back to the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Once you have received from F.lli Lorenzi the confirmation of regularity of your request, you will be able to return the product to the address indicated. The shipment costs will be charged to you.

It is not possible to return only a part of the product purchased.

The operation for returning a product is valid provided that the shipment is made within 14 days of the shipment date.

Once the item returned is received, its integrity is evaluated (the item returned must not show any signs of use, abrasion, scratches, deformations, etc. and must be completed with all the elements and accessories, plus instructions/notes/manuals attached, original packages and boxes and the warranty certificate, if present), and you will receive the reimbursement of all the sum paid to purchase it, excluding the shipment cost.

For the items returned outside the European Union, duties and customs taxes are charged to the client.

Fixing and replacement for non-compliance

You will not be entitled to the warranty for non-compliance if you are aware of the defect, or if the defect of compliance was impossible to ignore with ordinary diligence, or if the defect is caused by instructions or materials that you supplied.

In any case, the transportation form will carry the following note: “returned for fixing”. Transportation and possible insurance and the shipment of the new item will be charged to the seller.

These conditions are valid even in case of order errors or item defects.



Administrative costs of refund are charged to F.lli lorenzi S.r.l.; therefore, you will obtain reimbursement of the value of the product returned, net of shipping charges.

All transactions are in euros as the shop operates from the European Union.

The refund will be made as soon as the product returned reaches our warehouse and after it is tested about its integrity and non-use. Attention: if payment is made by credit card, refund can require a few weeks to be visible on your bank statement depending on the bank that issued the credit card.
